To Install AssetWise Director

Important: Perform all installations logged on as a member of the domain, with Administrator rights to the local computer.

Browse to this folder in Windows Explorer: ...\Client Installation\AssetWise ALIM Director
Double-click this MSI file: AssetWise ALIM Director.msi
When the Setup Wizard opens, click Next.
When the License Agreement page opens, read and accept the agreement, then click Next.
The Custom Setup page opens, showing you the features that can be installed, and the location to which the product will be installed.
Select the features you want to install by clicking the feature's icon and selecting the appropriate option from the menu. Items with an X to the left of them will not be installed.

Note: The ALIM Web Layout Editor is now included with the ALIM Web installation package. For more information about installing ALIM Web Editor, see "ALIM Web Layout Editor" in the ALIM Web Implementation Guide.
Accept the default installation location or click Browse to change it.

If another eB application is already installed on this computer, you will not be able to change the installation location.
When finished on the Custom Setup page, click Next.
When the Ready to Install page opens, click Install.
When installation is complete, click Finish.
